Ok, I've never been more proud in my life of someone I went to school with. My friend, Armand is currently on tour with his group Naturally 7, and my god, he's going places. Ellen thinks so.

<lj-embed id="7" />

Armand's the tall bass all the way on the right and my god, I knew this kid could sing and stuff (considering he stood behind me in choir for three years) but I never thought he'd make it this far. I'm proud to be actually good friends with this kid. Enjoy the actual 'Wall of Sound' video.

<lj-embed id="8" />

The world outside begins to breathe...

It's hard to believe that in such a short time on this earth that someone has had such an impact on the world. A symbol to everyone that geeky, musical loving people everywhere can amount to so very much if they put the time, effort, and passion into it. A passion for music and a love for charity, there isn't anything remotely horrible that anyone can say about this man.

Joshua Winslow, today over two decades ago, you were brought into this world and were simply a joy to your parents. Funny that only a handful of years later on the exact same day, your brother Chris would follow to continue to bring that joy. And now? That joy is being shared with the entire world and I can't even begin to thank you for what your music, your passion, and your overall amazing character has done in my life. You'll never see this but I felt that it needed to be put up so everyone could see it and join in the celebration of your big day.

Happy birthday, Josh Groban. May life continue to bless you richly and may your star that hangs in the sky always shine brightly. And a happy birthday to you, Chris Groban. You're just as special as your older brother is. Definitely a star that shines all on his own, too.

Where has that old friend gone? Lost in a February song. Tell him it won't be long till he opens his eyes.
